The Studio
A spacious studio of 70m2 with high ceilings, 4.50 m at the lowest and 6.90 m at the highest point. The studio is equipped with an oak parquet dance floor, bleachers, a complete lighting system for work lights and spotlights for stage lighting, as well as an easily operated sound system. The space is primarily intended for dance and other movement activities but also works well for other events. The maximum number of people in the space is 120.

THE DANCE FLOOR
The floor is made of oak parquet resting on beams evenly distributed on rubber pads. The floor is heated by underfloor heating, and the temperature can be easily adjusted with a thermostat on the wall. The floor area is 70 m^2 and is suitable for 12-20 people, depending on the activity.
THE KITCHEN
A large kitchen with seating for up to 20 people. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to cook for many people at the same time. The wood-fired stove is also located in the kitchen.
THE PATIO
From the lower kitchen, one goes out via a wooden deck to a vast lawn, secluded with a fantastic view towards the southeast. Here, there are fire pits, grills, and seating areas. The lawn can be used as a workspace for yoga or other exercises. It can also become a simple outdoor stage with seating facing west on the slope.

The ceiling height is at its lowest 4.50 m and at its highest 6.90m.
The workspace is 70m^2 square.
The number of people in the space for dance up to 15 people, for yoga and tai chi 20 -25 people, maximum number of people in the room 120.
The oak parquet floor rests on a beam layer suspended on evenly distributed rubber pads.
The underfloor heating coils are in the concrete slab.
The temperature can easily be set on a thermostat on the wall.
The ventilation is controlled from the hall where you can choose an appropriate flow according to activity and number of people.
If necessary, ceiling fans are also available to support fresh air and temperature flow.
The lighting system currently consists of spotlights on stands but is intended to become a permanent work light made up of spotlights and a general ambient light, probably of a dimmable LED lamp system.
The sound system is mobile with speakers and stands, vocal microphones with stands, microphones for instruments.
